Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale officers have advised residents not to mistake the passes for junk mail as only two passes are available per household and more cannot be redistributed.

Residents in rental properties will need to contact the house owner or property manager to obtain tip passes.

Owners have been asked to forward tip passes to their tenants.
