A 14-year-old boy has been rushed to hospital after he was allegedly stabbed by his girlfriend’s mother on Tuesday evening.

Police were called just before 8pm to a house in Parkwood where they found the teen with multiple serious injuries.

The boy was taken by ambulance to hospital for treatment.

Cannington detectives charged a 47-year-old woman from Parkwood with aggravated unlawful wounding.

She appeared in the Armadale Magistrates Court yesterday and was granted bail.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers.

Police warn: Do not approach Dylan Rochester

 

Cannington Detectives are seeking information from the public regarding the whereabouts of 24-year-old man Dylan Rochester.

Detectives believe Mr Rochester may be able to assist with a number of ongoing investigations into stealing offences.

He is described as approximately 170cm tall, of slim build with short blonde hair and blue eyes.

Mr Rochester is known to frequent Beeliar and O’Connor.

If sighted, members of the public are urged to contact Police immediately on 131 444.

On Tuesday Cannington detectives from the RHHOR team arrested two men in relation to a burglary at a local Cannington Jewellery store.

The men were aged 26 and 31.

The burglary resulted in over $100,000 in damage and property being stolen.

Both men attended court yesterday.

School break-in arrest

Last Friday, Cannington detectives arrested a 42-year-old man who was identified within 24hrs of breaking into a local Cannington School.

The man was due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on 17 October.

Cannington Detectives are seeking information from the public regarding the whereabouts of 29-year-old man Geordie Jock Yates.

Detectives believe Mr Yates may be able to assist with an ongoing burglary investigation.

He is described as approximately 178cm tall, of large build with short black hair and a short black beard.

Mr Yates was last seen in Como on Friday, September 22.

If sighted, members of the public are urged to contact Police immediately on 131 444.
