Small business owners can network and share ideas at the next City of Gosnells local business forum August 26.

The forum will present the results of a nationwide business survey, the voice of small business.

It will reveal the major concerns for small businesses and factors affecting their confidence to expand.

City of Gosnells mayor Dave Griffiths said being part of the local business forum series was an ideal way to become more connected.

“There will be a chance to network and hear from other small business people on issues affecting them or how they adapt to current economic uncertainties,” he said.

“This forum, in particular, will highlight results of Bentleys’ survey of micro and small-to-medium businesses about the challenges they face in regards to tax, business confidence and employment outlook.”

Drinks and finger food will be provided at this local business forum, which is sponsored by Examiner Newspapers.

It will run from 5.30pm to 8pm at the city’s civic centre function room, 2120 Albany Highway, Gosnells.

It is free but registration is essential for catering purposes.
