A reward of $1000 has been offered to find Lily who went missing on January 1.

A Perth family has urged pet owners to take precautions for their pets during fireworks after their beloved dog, Lily, went missing during the January 1 fireworks at Shelley Foreshore.

Lily, a grey toy poodle was last spotted near Centenary Park, Wilson on January 2. She does not have a collar but is microchipped.

The family is heartbroken over Lily’s disappearance, especially their youngest daughter Thev, who expressed her sadness saying, “Lily was my companion during my Year 12 studies and helped me succeed in the recent WACE exams”.

Determined to find Lily, the family along with their friends are actively searching for her and urges anyone who may have found her to contact the Council Ranger or hand her over to a vet.

In an effort to encourage assistance, they are offering a $1000 reward to anyone who helps them reunite with Lily.
