Rusty was dumped onto the road out of a moving car by his previous owners.
A person who saw him picked him up and brought him to the shelter.
He was checked by the vets and has been in foster care since.
He is a loving and gentle boy who is a big fan of cuddles and sitting besides family on the couch.
He follows his foster mum around everywhere and loves other cats.
