Youth Fest is returning to Canning Leisureplex this Saturday, December 16.

This free event welcomes young people aged 11 -17 to the Leisureplex to engage in a variety of fun activities including, free pool access, pool inflatables, water slides, a photo booth, live DJs, free food, body art and even a bombie pool.

Building on the success of last year’s Youth Fest Pool Party, this year promises even more exhilarating.

Mayor Patrick Hall said the annual Youth Fest brings the young community together.

“Youth Fest is a celebration of the vibrancy and unity within our community,” he said.

“We are not just hosting an event, we are creating an unforgettable experience for our youth, encouraging them to connect, engage, and have a fantastic time in a safe and supportive environment.”

In addition to the festivities, Youth Fest offers young people the chance to connect with Canning workers and each other.

Youth Fest provides a safe and inclusive environment, being a drug, smoke, and alcohol-free event.

Registered Carers are more than welcome to join the celebration.
