Police forensics officers were at the scene of a suspected ram raid of a Haynes shopping centre newsagency this afternoon.
The incident occurred at about 4am today when offenders drove a vehicle into the newsagency and hair studio windows on the western side of the complex.
The newsagency and hair studio experienced significant damage.
A police spokeswoman could not confirm how many offenders there were or what vehicle they used.
It was not known if the offenders managed to steal anything.
