Armadale Cricket Club’s E Grade side march onto the field for their match against the Cannington Tigers.

4th Grade

Armadale 101 | Kardinya Lakes 56

Sinju Karim (23) and Christopher Quayle (24) provided crucial runs as the side battled to 101 on a tricky wicket.

The bowlers delivered superbly, led by Sebastian Breskiewicz’s outstanding 4/26 and followed by Alex Pass’s (3/3) and Stanley Walker’s (1/13), ensuring Kardinya Lakes were dismissed for 56, giving Armadale a valuable 45-run lead heading into Day 2.

7th Grade

Armadale 245 (34.2 ov) | Cannington Tigers 186 (36.2 ov)

Khalis Vadakke Paramml commanded 83 off 56, while Taymon McLaughlin (47), Subin Thomas (24) and Jayadev Balakrishnan (36) kept the momentum flowing.

Defending 245, Ani Daniel delivered a match-winning spell of 5/27, supported by Ajith Rajagopal, Mejo Kurian and Subin Thomas with a wicket each, sealing an all-round victory.

One Day A

Armadale 122 (29.5 ov) | Cockburn 2/126 (20.3 ov)

Aneesh Babu top-scored with a determined 42 off 63, supported by handy contributions from Davinder Singh (14) and Ritesh Tyagi (22).

With the ball, Sajith Stellus Pereira claimed the only breakthrough, while the attack toiled without reward as Cockburn chased down the target comfortably inside 21 overs.

One Day B

Armadale ODB 222 (34.5 ov) | Canning Vale 8/151 (40 ov)

ODB delivered a commanding 71-run win, powered by 121 from Praveen Kumar Karthikeyan, striking eight fours and five sixes.

With the ball, Shanab Valappil (2/29) and Sherin Jose (2/17) led the attack brilliantly, while Ahammed Rasheeq and Anto Baby chipped in with one wicket each.

One Day D

Armadale ODD 95 (30.2 ov) | SJ Blues 4/98 (15.2 ov)

ODD fell to a six-wicket defeat after being bowled out for 95.

Rohit Kumar fought hard for 26 from 51, while Anil Kumar made a patient 20 and Amandeep Singh added 18 at the top.

With the ball, Anil Kumar (2/29), Harjot Singh Dhanesar (1/14) and Waheguru Singh (1/12) tried to keep Armadale in the contest, but SJ Blues chased the target quickly inside 16 overs.

One Day E

Armadale ODE 7/168 (35 ov) | Cannington Tigers 189 (34.4 ov)

ODE fell 21 runs short in a competitive chase.

Luke Williams was outstanding with a brutal 63 off 38, launching six sixes, while Corey Mullane (41) and James Ogden (21) kept the innings moving.

Earlier, the bowlers worked hard, with Brett Mauer (2/30), James Gardner (2/38), Luke Williams (2/31) and Kalon Fabbro (1/38) sharing the wickets.

One Day F

Armadale ODF 5/160 (29.3 ov) | Hilton Bicton 4/159 (35 ov)

ODF claimed a strong five-wicket win after a composed run chase.

Ramesh Ramar anchored the innings with 33, supported by John Parnabas (26) and Anton Pushparaj (28 off 27, including two sixes).

Senthil Kumar added a steady 21 to guide the chase home.

Earlier, the bowlers kept Hilton Bicton in check, with Ramesh (2/20), Anand Baskaran (1/11) and Ashok Kumar (1/17) all contributing to restrict them to 159.

Cannington batters faced the new ball with courage and determination.

One Day G

Cannington Tigers ODG 6/189 (35 ov) | Armadale ODG 167 (32 ov)

Kavin Shanmuga Sundaram top-scored with a composed 34, while Rishanth Manickam Saneevi added 30 and Akash Nathan Philip struck a brisk 24 to keep the innings alive.

Earlier, Nathan was outstanding with the ball, taking 4/22, supported by Aadithya Rajagopal Shankar (1/23) and Barathkumar Subramanian (1/24).

One Day H

Armadale ODH 7/111 (35 ov) | Champion Lakes ODH 7/112 (33.2 ov)

Armadale ODH posted 7/111, with Paul Edwards grinding out a hard-fought 27 from 76, supported late by Todd King’s unbeaten 28 and Melvin Paul’s eight.

With the ball, Dean Yetton (2/20), Dalton Briggs (1/18), Andrew Stoodley (1/7) and Stacey Barrett (1/18) kept the pressure on but Champion Lakes edged home in the 34th over.

One Day J

CBC ODJ 7/231 (35 ov) | Armadale ODJ 7/149 (35 ov)

Armadale ODJ fell 82 runs short in pursuit of 231.

Nikhil Noronha was superb with a fluent 68 off 76, while Michael Marchesi added 20 and Bijoy Tharian 22.

The lower order chipped in late, but the target proved too much.

With the ball, Nikhil (3/36) and Ben Hunt (3/53) led the attack, supported by Michael Marchesi (1/47) but CBC’s strong total ultimately held firm.
