Cannington detectives have charged eight people with 25 offences following a fight at a restaurant in Parkwood on Saturday, July 15.

It is alleged about 9pm, a fight occurred between two groups of people at a restaurant at a shopping centre on the corner of High Street and Willeri Drive.

The fight continued into the carpark with damage done to the venue and a parked vehicle.

Children inside the restaurant had to be moved for their safety.

During the fight several people were injured with two men in their 40s taken to hospital.

One broke a leg and fractured and eye socket and another man fractured his skull.

They both required extensive hospital stays.

Seven men and a woman were charged with grievous bodily harm, assault occasioning bodily harm, assault, and criminal damage.

A 22-year-old man from Bibra Lake has been charged with three common assaults, one grievous bodily harm, and one assault occasioning bodily harm.

He is due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court on September 22.

An 18-year-old man from Riverton has been charged with three assaults occasioning bodily harm and one grievous bodily harm.

He is next due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court on September 19.

A 35-year-old woman from Riverton has been charged with two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, one of criminal damage and one common assault.

She is next due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court on September 19.

An 18-year-old man from Seville Grove has been charged with common assault and is next due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court on September 12.

A 23-year-old man from Brentwood has been charged with two common assault and one charge of criminal damage.

He is next due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court on September 27.

A 24-year-old man from Dumbleyung has been charged with three assaults occasioning bodily harm, two charges of common assault and one charge of carrying an article with Intent to cause fear that someone may be injured or disabled.

He is next due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court on September 5.

A 22-year-old man of no fixed address was charged with criminal damage and is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on August 30.

A 17-year-old male from Seville Grove was charged with common assault and referred to the Juvenile Justice Team.
