To help people become more digitally literate in a society which relies on online communication styles and platforms, the City of Armadale is hosting a free workshop.
With business owners, leaders and innovators relying heavily on an online environment to grow and succeed in their business plans, the workshop will teach people about the various tools needed for the best possible outcomes.
The workshop will guide participants through some of the most accessible and most affordable digital tools which can be used to effectively connect with and engage customers.
The session will demonstrate the benefits of using digital tools to automate aspects of business and improve work productivity and efficiency.
Facilitated by Business Foundations, the workshop will deep-dive into the ways digital software can improve business performance including by improving marketing and promotion, better engaging customers, improving communication, and increasing accessibility and collaboration for project management.
Business Foundations has been delivering tailored and customised programs for almost 30 years, helping small to medium businesses equip themselves with essential business and digital skills and knowledge.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday August 6 from 10am until 12pm at the City’s Administration Building at seven Orchard Avenue in the function room.
