A depleted Forrestdale Falcons were thumped by East Fremantle last Saturday and lost by nearly 100 points.

East Fremantle were slick and skilful in their play and romped home, kicking 21.12 (138) to Forrestdale’s 6.4(40).

Forrestdale coach Paul White said after the game that although he was disappointed with the result he was pleased to see the players never gave up and fought until the final siren.

Mr White said focusing on ball skills and player fitness were key to getting better results.

Best players were Brendan Kleine-deters, Blake Papps, Blake Collins and Shane Roberts.

The Falcons travel to Hammersly-Carine on Saturday May 20 while the Colts will take on Jandakot Jets at Atwell Park.

The Falcons were always looking for new players to the club and interested persons could contact Gary Hearne on 0439 861 301.

The club will be hosting a high tea at Forrestdale Sporting Association, William Skeet Oval, Forrestdale, on Saturday May 27 to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care WA.

Tickets cost $15 per person, with door prizes, raffles, a fashion parade and auctions.
